Tapas & Beer,  founded in 2011 in the beautiful city of Rancho Santa Margarita, takes culinary inspiration from a diverse range of countries. Our Cuisine is a fusion of Spanish and other Latin American flavors, creating a unique and vibrant experience. Known as "Nuevo Latino," our menu features a delightful variety of innovative tapas, small plates full of flavor, and delectable entrees that reflect the richness of various cultures. Every dish is prepared with love, which you can taste in every bite. Complementing our food, our bar offers a full bar, including  13 craft beer taps, frequently rotated, ready for the craft-savvy drinker.
